No subscription, a one-off purchase per data package. The data package booked is valid for 30 days from the first registration of your eSIM with a mobile network. The installation link for setting up the eSIM is valid for 60 days from the purchase.
4. Conditions for renewal and termination
The purchase is not renewed automatically, no subscription arises. Within the running package term an additional data package can be booked.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the purchase. It ends with the set-up of the eSIM on a device. Details are set out in the provider's withdrawal policy.
If customers do not set up the eSIM within 60 days of the purchase, the installation link expires and with it the entitlement to the eSIM, without a refund of the purchase price.
5. Data transmission rates
In Türkiye the eSIM uses the network of Vodafone Türkiye. The estimated maximum speed there is up to 140 Mbit/s for download and up to 25 Mbit/s for upload.
These are maximum values from a measurement on site, not a guaranteed performance. How fast your connection actually is depends on the location, the time of day, the utilisation of the network and your device. We do not guarantee any minimum speed.
6. Data volume limit
Each data package has a fixed data volume of 5, 10, 20 or 50 GB, depending on the package booked. All data services and applications are counted equally against this volume. There is no additional allowance for individual services that is not counted.
Data transmission rate after the data volume has been used up: Once the volume has been used up, data use with this package ends. Continued use at a reduced speed is not provided for, so there is no throttling. Within the running package term you can book a further data package; the new volume is then available.
