Dial *#06# in the phone app. If your phone shows an EID, it supports eSIM. If no EID appears, your device does not support eSIM.
Also check that your device is not locked to your current mobile provider. A locked device cannot use another provider's eSIM.

What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM. It is installed directly on your phone, so you do not need a plastic SIM card or any delivery.
Is GurbetciCard only for mobile data?
Yes. The eSIM gives you mobile data and does not have its own phone number. You can keep using WhatsApp, FaceTime and everything else through your existing accounts.
When will I get my eSIM?
After you order, we'll email you your personal installation link. It contains your QR code and the instructions for your device.
When should I set up the eSIM?
Ideally before you leave, while you still have a stable internet connection. Your validity period starts as soon as the eSIM connects to a mobile network for the first time. Leave the line switched off until you need it.
Can I keep my German SIM in my phone?
On phones that support two SIM profiles, your German SIM can stay in the device. Set mobile data to GurbetciCard and keep data roaming switched off for your German SIM so you do not incur charges there.
Can I order several eSIMs?
Yes, up to 20 in one order. Each eSIM is for one device. If you like, you can enter who should receive each eSIM in your order after purchase.
