Service(s) and equipment
Mobile internet access, a pure data tariff, for use in Türkiye. It includes 5 GB of data volume with a validity of 30 days from the first registration of your eSIM with a mobile network. The tariff does not include a voice service, SMS or a telephone number of its own.
This is an eSIM without a physical SIM card. A device is not part of the scope of delivery. An eSIM-capable, unlocked device is required; you can check whether your device is suitable before your purchase using the device check on the product page.
The data volume is fixed and is neither billed in increments nor topped up automatically. There is no fair use rule for roaming, because this is a destination-country package for Türkiye and not a roaming add-on to an existing home contract.
Internet service speeds and remedies
In Türkiye your eSIM uses the network of Vodafone Türkiye. The estimated maximum speed there is up to 140 Mbit/s for download and up to 25 Mbit/s for upload.
These are maximum values from a measurement on site, not a guaranteed performance. How fast your connection actually is depends on the location, the time of day, the utilisation of the network and your device. We do not guarantee any minimum speed.
In the event of a defect in your eSIM as a digital product, you have the statutory rights under §§ 327 ff. BGB, in particular subsequent performance, price reduction and termination of the contract. Details are set out in § 7 of our General Terms and Conditions.
Price
Activation charge: 0 euros.
Purchase price: 6,99 euros, including statutory value added tax.
This is a one-off purchase without a subscription. No recurring charges arise.
If you order several eSIMs in one order, you receive an automatic discount of 5 per cent on the total price from the second eSIM onwards and of 15 per cent from the third eSIM onwards.
Within the running package term you can book an additional data package at the package price applicable at the time (§ 3 paragraph 7 of our General Terms and Conditions).
No other charges arise. No device price arises, as no device is included in the scope of delivery.
Duration, renewal and termination
The purchase is a one-off purchase without a subscription and without automatic renewal.
The validity of your data package is 30 days and begins with the first registration of your eSIM with a mobile network, not with the purchase.
You can use the installation link for your eSIM for 60 days from your purchase. If you do not set up the eSIM within this period, the installation link expires and with it your entitlement to the eSIM, without a refund of the purchase price.
Within 14 days of your purchase you can withdraw from your order and receive a full refund of the purchase price, as long as you have not yet set up the eSIM on a device. Upon set-up, our service has been performed in full. Withdrawal is no longer possible thereafter, not even within the 14 days. Details are set out in our withdrawal policy.
No remaining charges arise in the event of withdrawal. Unlocking of devices is not provided for, as no device is included in the scope of delivery.
Features for end-users with disabilities
Not applicable. The tariff does not include a voice service and no emergency call connection, and therefore no features specifically intended for people with disabilities.

In Türkiye your eSIM uses the mobile network of a network partner of our provider. According to that provider's catalogue this is Vodafone Türkiye. We do not guarantee any particular network, as the network is selected on site by your device.
The use takes place outside the European Union. The EU roaming rules, Verordnung (EU) 2022/612, do not apply to this product.
